This policy explains what information Chen Xu ("we", "us"), operator of chenxu.org and seller of the CCD Inspector system, collects and how it is used. Questions: chenxu1098@gmail.com.
1. This website
chenxu.org does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser stores one setting locally (your language choice), which never leaves your device. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the page and to choose a default language based on your country; we do not store it.
2. Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page. Stripe collects your email, name and payment details; you may also give your company name and a quote or invoice number. We receive the payment record (amount, name, email, company, reference) but never your full card number or Alipay credentials. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy. If you pay with Alipay, Alipay also processes the transaction under its own terms.
3. Software licensing
The CCD Inspector software is activated offline. To issue a license, we receive the request code displayed by the software (derived from the computer's hardware identifier), and record it together with your company name, device number, software version and issue date. The software does not send measurement data, images or usage information to us; its usage log stays on your computer.
4. Email and quotes
When you email us, we keep the correspondence and any files you send (for example sample images) to prepare quotes, run evaluations and support your equipment.
5. How we use and share information
We use this information only to provide quotes, process payments, issue licenses, deliver and support the product, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (Stripe, Alipay, Cloudflare), with the equipment manufacturer when needed to deliver or service your order, or when required by law.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep payment and license records for as long as needed for support, warranty and legal or tax requirements. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing chenxu1098@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.

3. 软件授权
CCD Inspector 软件采用离线激活。签发授权时，我们会收到软件显示的申请码（由电脑硬件标识生成），并连同贵公司名称、设备号、软件版本和签发日期一起记录。软件不会向我们发送测量数据、图像或使用信息，使用记录仅保存在您的电脑上。
4. 邮件与报价
您通过邮件联系我们时，我们会保留往来邮件及您发送的文件（例如样片图像），用于报价、试测和设备售后支持。
5. 信息的使用与共享
上述信息仅用于报价、处理付款、签发授权、交付及支持产品，以及履行法律、税务和会计义务。我们不出售个人信息。仅在以下情况共享：上文提到的服务商（Stripe、支付宝、Cloudflare）；为交付或维修您的订单而需要时提供给设备制造方；或法律要求时。
6. 保存期限与您的权利
付款和授权记录将保存至售后、质保及法律或税务要求所需的期限。您可以发邮件至 chenxu1098@gmail.com 要求查阅、更正或删除您的信息；我们会在合理时间内答复，但依法必须保留的记录除外。
